Who Dey Sausage

Eckerlin Meat's Who-Dey Sausage is one like you’ve never had before.   We season fresh ground pork with a bbq flavored seasoning, a little bit of garlic and a hint of spice. 

No it doesn’t stop there. 

We dice up fresh bell peppers, red onion, and finely cubed Colby, American, Provolone and Swiss cheeses. All of this mixture is mixed with the seasoned pork and stuffed into a natural casing. Who-Dey Sausage is off the charts good!
