Stuffed Pork Chops

Stuffed pork chops are one of Eckerlin Meats best sellers.  They are definitely an old fashioned favorite.  We take fresh cut pork chops and slice a pocket into them.  Using grandma's homemade stuffing recipe full of celery, onions, bread, salt, pepper, sage, and of course butter, we pack the pork chops full of stuffing.

Making them is easy.  Just place them in a baking dish, put them in a 350 preheated oven and in 45 minutes to 1 hour they are finished.
