made sausage. Sausage making is one of our
specialties. We do it everyday.
Knowing how to make sausage might not be the problem.
There are plenty of resources for recipes, meat, sausage making
equipment, etc. The problem is having the equipment and
time to make sausage and do it correctly.
That problem is now solved! At Eckerlin Meats we are
happy to make a custom batch of sausage just for you. The
possibilities are limitless. Whatever type of sausage you
want to make, we are here to help.
When we make sausage at Eckerlin Meats we
abide by some high standards:
1. Sanitary and clean
environment. All the cutting boards, grinders,
knives, and sausage stuffers are always washed, rinsed, and
sanitized by board of health standards. We provide
the cleanest and safest environment possible when making
sausage.
2. We use the freshest
ingredients. Not only is the meat extremely fresh, so
are the spices and seasonings that go into your
sausage. This is very important in maximizing the
flavor of your homemade sausage.
3. We use natural casings. We
always use natural ingredients to make sausage.

Important!
Currently Eckerlin Meats is only taking orders for
fresh sausages. Will cannot, at this time, cook the
sausage in anyway, whether it be smoked, boiled, steamed,
etc.
Also, the minimum amount of sausage required for
an order is 5 lbs. We apologize for this inconvenience
but due to the size of our equipment, nothing smaller is
possible.
